Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) Limited, a 50:50 Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) jointly owned by Government of India and Government of Gujarat is entrusted with the responsibility of implementation of Ahmedabad Metro Rail Project phase-I, Phase-II and Surat Phase-I. GMRC invites applications from qualified and experienced Environment Experts, having relevant experience, for the following post on “Contract” with minimum 3 years to 5 years, on standard terms & conditions of the Organization:
Name of Posts: Joint General Manager/Sr. Deputy General Manager (Environment)
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have either M.Sc in Environmental Science/Life Science/Disaster Mitigation/ M.Tech/M.E in Environmental Engineering or B.E. in Environmental Engineering/ B.Sc in Environmental Science/Life Science from a Govt. recognized University/Institute. However, both graduation and post-graduation in fields related to the environment will be preferable.
Age Limit: 50 years/ 45 years
Revised Pay Scale (IDA Pattern): 90000-240000/ 80000-220000
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on an interview.
