Educational Qualification: 
Company Secretary:  Candidates have possessed a Bachelor’s degree form a recognised University in any faculty with Fellow / Associate Membership of the Institute of Company Secretary of India with Computer Knowledge.
Assistant Director: Candidates have possessed post graduate degree in any branch of Agricultural or Civil Engineering from any recognized University with two years experience in separately or combined in Agricultural Research or Agricultural Education or Agricultural Extension Service or Soil Conservation or Agricultural Engineering or Civil Engineering.  OR  have possessed graduate degree in second class in Agriculture or Agricultural Engineering or Civil Engineering from any recognized University.
Finance & Accounting Officer: Be a member of the institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Or Degree in Master of Business Administration (Finance) from a recognised university with three years experience Or have possessed second class post graduate degree in Commerce with Advance accounting and Auditing from a recognized University, with three years experience in relevant field of a public company or a government undertakings, Or have possessed second class degree in Commerce with accounting and Auditing from a recognized University.
Land conservation Officer: Candidates have possessed post graduate degree in Agriculture or Agriculture Engineering from any recognized University,  Orhave possessed graduate degree in Agriculture or Agricultural Engineering from any recognized University, with two years experience in the area of Agricultural Research or Agricultural Education or Agricultural Extension Service or Soil Convervation or Agricultural Engineering.
Field Supervisor: Candidates have possessed graduate degree in Agriculture or Agricultural Engineering or Rural Studies from any recognized University.  OR have possessed diploma in Agriculture or Civil Engineering.
Field Assistant: have possessed graduate degree or Diploma in Agriculture or Civil Engineering or Bachelor degree in Rural Studies from any recognized University. Preference will be given to the candidate having taken training in soil and water Conservation.
Senior Clerk: Have passed bachelor degree in any faculty of Arts, Science, Commerce or law from recognized University, with 5 years experience.
Stenographer: (i) have passed Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination. (ii) have possessed the following speed: 25 words per minute in Computer Typing and 40 words per minute in short hand for Gujarati
Junior Clark cum Computer Operator: Have passed Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination. Possessing degree in any faculty and / or experience will be considered additional qualification.
