Educational Qualification, & Experience (as on 1st November 2017)
Managers :
Education Qualification : Any  Graduate  from  a reputed  University  / Institute  with  minimum 60%  marks  can  apply. Preference will be given for additional  professional qualification
Experience : Minimum  3  years  post qualification  work experience  and  not  less than  2  years  as  branch /section  head  in processing  /  sanctioning of  credit  proposals  with any  scheduled Commercial  Bank  or HFC’s is mandatory.
Senior Managers :
Education Qualification : Any  Post  Graduate  from  a reputed  University  / Institute  with  minimum 60% marks.   Preference  will  be  given  for  MBA/  professional qualification  like CA/ICWA/LLB
Experience : Minimum  6  years  post qualification  work experience  and  not  less than  5  years  as  branch /section  head  in processing  /  sanctioning of  credit  proposals  with any  scheduled Commercial  Bank  or HFC’s is mandatory.

Salary & Emoluments : 

  • Manager 28000 – 1050/1 – 29050 – 1200/12 – 43450 Gross pay – Rs. 53561/-. (Overall Annual Gross emoluments- Rs. 9.70 lakhs approximately
  • Senior Manager 33300 – 1200/12 – 47700 Gross  pay  –  Rs.  63501/-  (Overall  Annual  gross  emoluments  –  Rs. 11.30 lakhs approx. 

Age Limit: (as on 1st November 2017) 
Managers : Minimum – 25 Years & Maximum – 30 Years
Senior Managers : Minimum – 28 Years  & Maximum – 35 Years
