Educational Qualification & Experience
- Campus Facility Supervisor:Need to Degree in Civil Engineering from any recognized University OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum two years relevant experience.
- Role of Responcibilty : Role and Responsibilities Under the guidance and supervision of the Registrar, the incumbent shall perform the following role and responsibilities; Ensure efficient and cost effective management of all spaces and facilities; Manage and maintain all areas of campus to a standard that is conducive to excellence in learning and teaching; Plan, organize, coordinate and direct activities related to maintaining and operating the facilities; Schedule, plan, organize and manage staff responsible for
maintenance, repair, and upkeep of buildings and facilities; Maintain all necessary documentation related to campus; Ensure compliance with applicable codes, laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies and procedures;
Ensure health and safety obligations are complied with by facility staff and independent contractors; Act as point of contact for internal and external groups using facility; Coordinate procurement of equipment, supplies and materials to perform required duties effectively and efficiently; Prepare and complete various forms, reports, correspondence, purchase orders etc;
(xi) Promote the facility to maximize its utilization; Manage major and minor building construction and repair projects; Ensure proper lighting, electricity, ventilation, air-conditioning etc. in all parts of the campus; Ensure excellent cleanliness in the entire campus; Ensure efficient and effective Garden maintenance, and Services like Canteen, Cafeteria, Gymnasium, Security and House Keeping; Perform any other duties assigned by the University authorities to achieve the aims and objectives of the University - Assistant Curator – Museum:Need to Master’s Degree in Museology/ Archaeology from a recognized University with at least 50% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) OR Bachelors’ Degree in Museology/ Archaeology from a recognized University with at least 50% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and two years’ experience in relevant area.
- Role of Responcibilty : Under the direct supervision of the Registrar, the incumbent shall undertake the following duties: Acquiring items for collections involving selection, purchase and borrowing items of art; Prepare Catalogues and documentation of the museum objects; Organize educational and public outreach programs; Record keeping and digital evaluation of the museum objects; setting up the temporary as well as permanent exhibitions
in the museum; Conservation and Restoration of Museum artefacts; Carrying out background research and writing catalogues; Responsible to take care of the museum and it’s collections; Publicity and fund raising activities of the museum; Any other activity/duty assigned by the University
- Remuneration: Rs. 20,000 per month (fixed)
