The, Southern Sector will conduct an examination for Recruitment of Male and Female Indian citizens who are ordinarily resident of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry , Maharashtra,Gujarat and Goa to fill up the vacancies of Constables (Technical & Tradesmen) i.e Driver/Fitter/Bugler/Tailor/Brass Band/Pipe Band/Cobbler /Carpenter/ Gardner/ Painter /Cook / Water Carrier/ Washer(Men/Women)/ Safai Karamchari/ Barber/Hair Dresser in Central Reserve Police Force as per the Recruitment Scheme/Recruitment Rules formulated by the Ministry of Home Affairs. The recruitment process will consist of Physical Standards Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Written Examination, Trade Test and Medical Examination. Education Requirement :
- CT/DVR: Matriculation / Class 10 pass or equivalent from a recognised board, or university recognised by the central or state government and should possess transport vehicle driving license. They should be able to pass the driving test at the time of recruitment.
- CT/FTR: Matriculation or Class 12 pass from a recognised board or equivalent with two years ITI in relevant trade.
- Others: Matriculation or Class 10 pass or equivalent from a recognised board, or university recognised by the central or state government.
Age Limit:
- CT/DVR: Between 21to 27 Years.
- All Other Posts (CT/Tech & Trades except): Between 18 to 23 Years.
Pay Scale: Rs 5,200 to Rs 20,200, along with a grade pay of Rs 2,000.
Selection Process: PST/ PET, Written Test, Trade Test and Medical Test will be conducted for short listing the candidates.
