These Personnel shall be appointed / engaged on Contract Basis with Consolidated (Fixed) remuneration as indicted above. These positions are sanctioned only for the Bharatavani Project purpose and the incumbent of these positions would not have any claim whatsoever for appointment in any permanent / temporary or contractual position in the Institute after the closure of the Project. The initial contract will be for a period of one year, which may be further extended for another two years on annual review of performance of the incumbent.
