Job Description:
1. Responsible for Workforce Planning for business units.
a. Identifying critical, unique/niche & mass positions for building a talent pipeline.
b. Industry/Organization mapping for critical positions.
2. Complete recruitment life cycle management for all SBUs for middle management through I-Rec.
a. Validating manpower requisition in consultation with line and business HR.
b. Effective utilization of internal and external sources of recruitment like (HR Activ, IJPs, consultants, employee referrals, job sites, social media, OTR etc.)
c. Mapping applicants to the position on the basis of hiring guidelines laid down with due focus on quality.
Candidate Profile:
Responsible for workforce planning & complete recruitment life cycle for middle-management positions for all SBUs of Airtel (Mobile, DTH, Enterprise Services, Network Services, Tele media, Shared Services) across geographies. The job requires efficient hiring with key focus on hiring metrics like TAT, Source Utilization, Requisition Vs Hired, Cost of Hire & Quality of Hire.
